Do you serve areas outside Los Angeles?
We serve the entire Southern California region including Orange County. We travel up to 100 miles from Los Angeles at no additional charge, with 49¢ per mile fees beyond that.
What payment methods do you accept?
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. Final payments can be made through major credit cards or bank transfers upon project completion.
How long does it take to complete a video project?
Turnaround time varies by project complexity but typically ranges from 4-8 weeks. We prioritize quality and attention to detail while maintaining efficient production schedules.
